The corporate object further covers the wholesale and retail trade of alcoholic beverages and foodstuffs, the promotion of music and gastronomy events, and retail of clothing, whether at premises open to the public, through electronic sales, at fairs or through mobile sales units.

Supervisory and regulatory authorities with competence over the activity include ASAE (Autoridade de Segurança Alimentar e Económica), the Autoridade Tributária e Aduaneira in respect of excise duty on alcoholic beverages, the Direção-Geral do Consumidor and the Câmara Municipal do Porto in respect of the operation of the establishment.

Personal data processing is supervised by the CNPD (Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados).

4. Operators at the venue

The venue at Rua de Pinto Bessa hosts more than one independent economic operator. This determines who is responsible to the customer in each case:

• Contorno Líquido - Lda is responsible for the brewery, the beers and other beverages served or sold, the beergarden, the events it organises and this website.
• Pitadamaravilha, Lda., NIPC 510780784, with registered office at Praça 9 de Abril, 201, 6Dt, 4200-422 Porto, operating under the Sandwitch brand, is an independent operator responsible for the food service at the venue, including preparation of food, allergen information relating to its products, its own invoicing and its own Complaints Book.

Each operator is solely responsible for its own products, services, invoicing and legal obligations. The invoice issued for each transaction identifies the responsible operator.

5. Purpose of this website

This website provides general information about the Dos Diabos brand, the brewery, the taproom, the beergarden, events and related services, and, where available, allows orders to be placed online.

Availability, opening hours, events, prices and product selection may change without prior notice. The conditions applicable to bookings, orders, deliveries, withdrawal and guarantees are set out in the Terms & Conditions.

6. Intellectual property

All texts, brands, logos, photographs, illustrations, videos, graphic elements and source code on this website are protected by copyright and industrial property rights and belong to Contorno Líquido - Lda or to third parties who have authorised their use.

Copying, reproduction, distribution, public communication or any other use is prohibited without prior written authorisation, except where permitted by law. Editorial and journalistic use of press materials expressly made available for that purpose is permitted, with attribution.

7. Alcohol and age restriction

Under Decree-Law no. 106/2015 of 16 June, the sale and provision of alcoholic beverages to persons under 18 years of age is prohibited, as is the sale and provision of alcoholic beverages to persons who are visibly intoxicated or who show apparent psychological impairment. Proof of age may be requested at the venue, at the time of order and on delivery.

This website is not intended to encourage the purchase or consumption of alcoholic beverages by minors, in accordance with Article 17 of the Advertising Code (Decree-Law no. 330/90 of 23 October). Alcohol should be consumed responsibly. Do not drink and drive.

8. Personal data and cookies

Information on the processing of personal data, legal bases, retention periods, recipients and the exercise of data subject rights under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Law no. 58/2019 of 8 August is set out in the Privacy Policy.

Cookies and equivalent technologies are used under Article 5 of Law no. 41/2004 of 18 August, with consent where the storage is not strictly necessary.

9. Complaints and consumer dispute resolution

Complaints may be addressed directly to the operator using the contacts in clause 2, and are answered within the legally applicable deadlines.

The electronic Complaints Book, under Decree-Law no. 156/2005 of 15 September, is available at livroreclamacoes.pt. Complaints concerning food service should be directed to the operator identified in clause 4, which maintains its own Complaints Book.

Under Article 18 of Law no. 144/2015 of 8 September, in the event of a consumer dispute the consumer may resort to the following alternative dispute resolution entities:
